Simon Vallières, who participated in the 2018 Joint Universities Accelerator School (JUAS), one of the leading Particle acceleration Schools located nearby Geneva (CERN), obtained the highest marks in the Course “The Science of Particle Accelerators” at the final exam and scored first of the class. In recognition for his outstanding results, Simon has obtained a scholarship to present his research results at the upcoming 9th International Particle Accelerator Conference (IPAC’18), will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from April 29 to May 4, 2018.
